Project Overview:

Elizabeth Marina and Park. 
-Located in a key location in the border with New York, right across from the Staten Island. The marina also included the boardwalk and a dock for a ferry that operated in Elizabeth.

-An interesting note about the project are the six existing lights at the boardwalk by the dock. They used to be street lights in front of the original Penn Station in New York; demolished in 1963. Mr. Guerra was able to locate them and worked with the City of Elizabeth to be used for this project.
