Cancellation Policy

- please call us (908) 355-2555 between 8am-5pm all working days to confirm your exact time and date. No online booking is guaranteed unless confirmed by one of our employee via phone or email. - Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancelation fee. - If we visit your site, and you didn't show up to be on site at booked time, we are not refunding the site visit fee, and you need to reschedule again for another site visit.
